Fred + Stacy | Old Cabarrus Bank Wedding!

Oh Stacy… for a girl living out of state in Florida, planning a wedding in North Carolina and working full-time as a nurse the whole time, you did one heck of a job! Everything was beautiful. This girl’s taste was exquisite and she couldn’t have selected anyone better than Carrie Ann Drinnen and the team of Serendipity Weddings & Events to help her carry out her vintage wedding-day vision. We just loved this couple’s whole attitude and approach to their wedding day: laid back and happy to take any suggestions from the pros to make their day go smoother! Fred and Stacy opted for a “first look” instead of waiting to see each other until the wedding ceremony. This allowed us to get a ton of photography done and out of the way before the ceremony, and made for a much less stressful transition from the church to the reception hall! Their wedding was held at Center Grover Lutheran Church in Kannapolis, NC, and their reception took place just a few minutes away. Classic back-and-white, a timeless shade of dark green, lots of rich lace accents, stunning flower arrangements and fabric drapery were all key in turning the simple, elegant bones of the Old Cabarrus Bank Building into a lavish, intimate space that felt warm and inviting. Fred and Stacy spent the evening dancing and connecting with all of their guests- it was so evident that each guest was incredibly fond of the couple! A wonderful time was had by all- including us : ) Not gonna lie- I did cave to some peer pressure from the Serendipity team and put my camera down for a few minutes of dancing. It’s not that often that we get the chance as vendors, so we definitely took advantage and got down with it ; ) Congrats to the newlyweds, enjoy the sneak-peak!Oh Stacy… for a girl living out of state in Florida, planning a wedding in North Carolina and working full-time as a nurse the whole time, you did one heck of a job!
