To meet Ally is to be introduced to a beautiful girl who is about to be your new best friend- she is so vibrant, fun-loving and kind, you can’t help but just fall in love with her instantly. She and Ben were a dream during their engagement session– their easy-going personalities and uncontainable adoration for each other gave us a lot to work with in creating some beautiful images. Ally turned on the charm again for her bridal portrait session, for which she chose her wedding venue, Pine Island Country Club, as the backdrop. Although during the session, she insisted that she was “awkward,” we can’t imagine a more fitting word to describe her bridal images than “stunning!” Check out a few of our favorites from Ally’s bridal session!

Chad and Randee have been so much fun getting to know as a couple! Their unique chemistry gives them a fun-loving ease with each other that really transpires on camera. Every time we’ve been able to spend with them during their engagement, we’ve always had a blast and they’ve had us in stitches! Before their wedding ceremony, the couple wanted a moment to talk, while holding hands around the corner of a hallway so they would still not see each other. It was a sweet moment and photo-op, but when Randee let go of Chad’s hand and said, “OK bye, I’m going to go eat pizza!” …I’ve never seen a groom’s face in such despair as Chad lamented, “You guys got PIZZA?!” Haha! It’s the playful moments like this between Randee and Chad that have contributed to our enjoying getting to know them! The couple also place an extremely high value on family and friends, as was evidenced by their record-breaking, 3-page list of formal photo requests ; ) They kept their whole day traditional while still introducing unique creativity here and there to showcase their personalities. They chose to serve cupcakes instead of a formal cake, they requested a lot of fun, high-energy photos with their bridal party, incorporated traditions from their fraternity/sorority into the reception itinerary, and served two different specialty drinks that reflected each of their personalities. Enjoy our favorites from Randee and Chad’s wedding, as see a complete list of their vendors at the bottom of the post!

Adam and Dora’s was our first Dairy Barn wedding! It’s been on our books for about the last year and a half, so needless to say we were very much looking forward to this one. We’ve had such a great time getting to know Adam and Dora, and were able to photograph this wedding as friends who were truly happy to see these two get married! Dora’s southern charm style carried throughout the entire event in greens, corals and oranges. Fruit appeared as a playful part in a lot of the decor, which was cute and unexpected. Adam and Dora kept their barn loft ceremony classy and simple, and their reception fun and meaningful. Adam’s best man and twin brother, AJ gave a touching speech, as well as his fiancé Nicole, Dora’s maid of honor (very excited to be photographing this couple’s wedding in October)! All of Dora’s family members also gave toasts to the newlyweds; even her brother, who was away with the military, sent a letter to be read to his little sister on her wedding day! So sweet : ) Adam and Dora threw their bouquet and garter from the top of the Dairy Barn’s silo, and Dora’s sorority sisters passed a candle for her. The whole event was charming and fun for all! Enjoy a few of our faves from Adam and Dora’s wedding and see a complete list of their vendors at the bottom of the post!
